Costa Rica Mission: Day #6

I think the only thing capable of getting us out of bed before 6:00 a.m. was the thought of laying on the beach and soaking up the sun. 

It took about two hours to get to Punta Leona, the resort where we would be staying, and we were up bright and early for the long drive. 

On the way, we stopped at Tarcoles to see real, live crocodiles.  

   

After checking in, we were off to Playa Blanco. The beach was beyond beautiful; muy bonita.  We LOVED every second spent exploring, swimming, and simply enjoying His creation.

Later we checked out the pool, attempted to watch the sunset, hit the buffet for dinner, and discovered the beach volleyball court. 

The day wouldn't have been complete without a little karaoke. Everyone joined in to sing Sweet Caroline. 

Although it was a little humid during our evening meeting, I can't think of anything better than sitting in the middle of the rainforest, singing praise songs, and discussing the many blessings He provided today.
